What to record
Note the page path, the exact claim you believe is wrong, what you observed instead, and when you observed it. Include the conditions needed to reproduce the observation.
Keep a draft
You can save a correction draft in My notes. It stays in your browser and is not submitted to the site. Copy your draft somewhere durable if you need to keep it.
Evidence that can settle a gap
For a missing frequency, include the identified creature and readable endpoints. For a disputed price, include the item name, shop panel and date. For a statue location, a recording connecting the landmark and interaction is more useful than an isolated name. Submission does not automatically change the published record.
